RECRUITING

We will handle all the ad placements, sourcing, and phone interviews.
We will be the first point of contact on sharing your business and the opportunity to the candidate(s).
We will ask all the right questions and find out all the right things.
All candidates will need to pass the PDI Connection interviewing process before they are presented to you for a possible interview.
We will work directly with you on presenting the best candidates and each email will include the resume, notes, and a salary range.
We will always close on a salary/pay range prior to presenting the candidate to you.
We will handle everything for you until your new employee's start date.

We help to improve essential business concepts, improve effectiveness, and expand the knowledge on hiring, and maintaining quality employees.
We train leaders and the hiring managers on successful interviewing skills.
We share great ideas on how to build morale and great camaraderie.
We are Keynote Speakers that are educated in the art of recruiting, internal customer service, and team building.

We offer National Criminal Background checks for all potential new hires at NO additional charge. Turnaround time is typically 24 hours on most background checks.
Each candidate is thoroughly screened.
