I LOVE recruiting! It is, and always will be my professional and personal goal to live my life based on
Passion, Drive, and Integrity.
Sitting at my dining room table with my laptop, a journal, and a bit of fear, I started PDI Connection in February 2022. It was a dream come true because I had a sincere and unstoppable desire to positively make a difference in the recruiting/hiring landscape.
I am originally from the metro Detroit area, but I have called Florida my home since 1991. When I was little, I thought I wanted to be a Doctor, but my first career was a Make-Up Artist for 12 years and I loved that career; but then I discovered my passion
for HR and Recruiting in 1999.
I am a dedicated mom to my kiddos, Connor & Livia (who unknowingly hold me accountable to my hustle and success).
I enjoy traveling, watching the Golden Girls, and spending quality time with my friends and loved ones. I believe in community, paying it forward, supporting others, working hard, and staying true to my word, my beliefs, and my witty, fun-loving personality.
And... I love a champagne flute filled with Prosecco...
and maybe an Expresso Martini too.

I am a driven woman who believes in creating opportunity rather than waiting for it. I was born and raised under the Florida sun and proudly call Tampa Bay my home.
As an entrepreneur at heart, I’m excited to be the creative mind behind PDI Connection where I can bring an eye for detail, business goals, and connect with others into the world of marketing and creative strategy.
I am passionate about motivating others, supporting their goals, and being the person they can turn to. I’m a proud mom to my daughter, Bella, as she is my greatest inspiration, and the reason I push to become the best version of myself.
I’m all about adventure and living life with intention. Whether I’m working out, riding my Harley, out on the boat, or exploring new places. I’m kind-hearted, spontaneous, and I’ve been told my secret talent is being a therapist. I’m a natural listener, the person friends come to for clarity, comfort, and real conversation. At my core, I’m a woman who leads with passion, builds with purpose, and lives boldly — in business, in motherhood, and in every adventure life brings my way.
